I Have No Idea What I’m Doing…
Hello!
Welcome to my blog. My name is Pixie Rain and I have no idea what I am doing. I have always wanted to put myself out into the world. When I was younger my dream was to be famous. But, sadly, after figuring out that I can’t sing, dance, or act, I moved on to some other dreams. After filming and editing and never posting video after video, I decided that maybe the camera isn’t for me. You see, my train of thought is more like a balloon deflating through the air. So, naturally, my videos were all over the place. With that being said, I believe that being able to write down and edit my thoughts will help control what I want to share. Hence, the blog.
A few things you should know about me; I want to try EVERYTHING, apart from weird foods. I love God, reading, writing, fashion, and anything in the crafty art world. I am 18 years old and have already graduated college with my Associates. This summer I am doing a study abroad program in Paris, France where I will be able to take classes in the many museums that surround the area, and further my studies in Art. In the fall I am moving to Colorado to pursue an education in Illustrative design.
Now that you have a general idea about me, let's talk about this blog in some more detail. I genuinely have no clue what I am doing. I want this blog to feel like a chat over brunch about my opinions and ideas. My goal is for this blog to be a fun, yet informative, project for me to keep up with. Almost like talking to myself in the mirror, but written and posted.
I want to be able to reach the girls who love to watch friends for the 50th time and drink sparkling cider. The girls who dream way bigger than reality. I want to reach the girls who go on random side quests just for the fun of it. The girls who one day hope to open a coffee/book/flower shop. And the girls who want to cook and bake but never know what to buy or the girls who are masters at it. I want to reach the girls who are like me. Who are just trying to get the most out of life because they know that in the end this is all we have to look back on.
Wow, I feel like I just made a toast at a wedding. Anywho, I am super excited for this new page in my life and I really want to bring y’all along with me. Not every post is going to be similar, I was coming up with some prompts earlier and they range from “The Devil Wears Prada- Movie Review” to “The Room Decor it list (With LINKS).” Honestly I am just making this all up as I go. But, at least you know I’m authentic.
